These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FTF Calculator at ftfcalculator.blog (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FTF Calculator is a free, independent website for people who play Flee the Facility. The Service may include:

  • Trade value calculators and Win/Fair/Lose analysis;
  • Item, crate, bundle, set, hammer, gemstone, and other value lists;
  • Trading guides, map guides, and other informational content; and
  • Related tools, features, links, or embedded third-party content.

The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes. No registration, paid subscription, or account is required for the calculator.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

  • You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
  • If you are a minor, you should use the Service with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and the rules that apply to your Roblox account and gameplay.
  • Do not enter passwords, Roblox credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information into calculator fields or contact forms unless specifically requested for support.

3. Calculator Information and Trading Decisions

Calculator results and item values are estimates based on available community information, market observations, and our own analysis. Values can change because of demand, updates, rarity, trading activity, or community trends. We may update or correct information, but we do not promise that any value is complete, current, real-time, or accurate.

The Service does not process trades, hold virtual items, provide brokerage or financial services, or guarantee any trade outcome. You are solely responsible for checking current information, evaluating offers, and deciding whether to accept a trade. Use your own judgment and follow the applicable game rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law, violate a third party's rights, or violate applicable Roblox or Flee the Facility rules;
  • Hack, probe, overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service, its hosting, or its security;
  • Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or deceptive material;
  • Use bots, scrapers, automated requests, or other tools to copy content, extract data, or place an unreasonable load on the Service, except where we have given written permission;
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, resell, or redistribute the calculator or the Service;
  • Impersonate FTF Calculator, misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement, or use the Service to scam, defraud, harass, or deceive other players;
  • Attempt to obtain another person's personal information, credentials, or account access; or
  • Click, refresh, manipulate, or generate impressions or clicks on advertisements in an artificial or fraudulent way, or encourage anyone else to do so.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Service's original text, guides, page structure, design, code, graphics, and data arrangement are owned by or licensed to FTF Calculator. These Terms do not give you ownership of that material. You may link to public pages, but you may not republish substantial portions of the Service or reproduce the calculator without permission.

Roblox, Flee the Facility, game content, names, logos, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. FTF Calculator is an independent community resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, the Flee the Facility developers, or any official game channel or community.

6. Third-Party Services, Links, and Advertising

The Service may link to or use third-party services, including Roblox, YouTube, Google or Google AdSense, Microsoft Clarity, hosting providers, content-delivery networks, analytics providers, and other external websites or services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, data practices, or transaction results.

If advertisements are displayed, they may be supplied by Google AdSense or another advertising provider. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and their appearance does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service. We do not require you to click or interact with advertisements to use the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information and how Google/AdSense, Microsoft Clarity, YouTube, cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other third-party technologies may be involved. Please review that policy before using the Service.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We do not warrant that values or calculations will match another community list, that the Service will meet your needs, or that use of the Service will produce a particular trade result. You use the Service and rely on its information at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTF Calculator and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of virtual items, virtual value, progress, data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated values, trade decisions, service interruptions, third-party websites or services, advertisements, security incidents, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum or dispute process.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, or operating practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version is posted means that you acknowledge the changes to the extent permitted by law.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
